CELEBRATING 79 YEARS!

The company was founded in 1946, located on S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton across from what is now Arapahoe Community College. Many old-time Littleton residents have fond memories of the bowling alley which was part of the precast plant in the 1950’s. On June 4, 1965, after the plant was nearly destroyed by the Plum Creek/South Platte flood it was moved out of the flood plain to the current location.

In the early days the company manufactured several precast concrete products for a few local customers. We are still here today, manufacturing hundreds of precast concrete products for thousands of local customers.

Over the years we have established an excellent reputation as a business with high ethical standards, quality products, reliable delivery services, exceptional installation, amazing problem solving, and uncompromising customer support. We develop strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and suppliers. Many of these relationships have extended more than three decades. Our team of talented associates, with hundreds of combined years of experience, is exceptional at what they do yet they still consistently strive to expand their knowledge and educate themselves so that E&C Precast can continue to improve and grow.

The company has overcome many challenges in addition to enjoying many achievements throughout its history. We are grateful to be here celebrating 79 years and looking forward to the next 79.
